• Premium Materials Inside and Out: Our Original Pillows use only freshly manufactured virgin memory foam—never recycled or repurposed scraps—so your fill is clean, responsive, and long-lasting. As a result, there may be a mild "new foam" scent. Allow your new pillow to air out before use. It's completely normal and dissipates quickly. The removable outer cover is crafted with our signature Lulltra fabric that is breathable and machine washable for easy maintenance.
• Vacuum-Sealed for Freshness: Your pillow will arrive compressed. Fluff it vigorously by hand and allow it to fully expand before first use. For faster results, toss it in the dryer with a dryer sheet on high heat for 15–20 minutes to restore its full loft and softness. A fully lofted pillow is key to achieving the comfort and support this pillow was designed to deliver. Once it’s at full loft, adjust the fill to your ideal firmness level.
